We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time:

        •        Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Time:

        •        Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

        •        Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking:

        •        Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped

Important Notice (Please Read Carefully):

        •        Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

        •        If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS) directly

        •        We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid loss or theft

Address Responsibility:

        •        Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information

        •        If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
