Eligible for return or exchange:

        •        Incorrect items received

        •        Products with clear quality issues

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence.

Non-returnable items:

        •        Opened or used products

        •        Personal preference (e.g., color or size dissatisfaction)

        •        Orders affected by incorrect address or failed delivery

Refunds:

        •        Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

        •        Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
